Shoulder and Neck Stretch

Shoulder Stretch is ideal for those who sit at a desk or use electronic devices for long periods. It features systematic stretches and relaxation exercises to relieve neck and shoulder tension, improve posture, boost flexibility and circulation, and promote overall relaxation of the body and mind.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is a gentle exercise that supports the physical and emotional well-being of expectant mothers through safe stretching, breathing techniques, and strengthening exercises. It helps improve flexibility, reduce stress, prepare the body for labor, and offers a chance to connect with the baby and other pregnant women.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga, also known as anti-gravity yoga, is a type of yoga that uses a fabric hammock or silk sling suspended from the ceiling to support practitioners as they perform yoga poses. The hammock allows practitioners to perform poses that may be difficult on the ground, such as inversions, and can help improve flexibility, balance, and range of motion.

Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga is a type of yoga that focuses on the connection between breath, movement, and the mind. It is based on the principles of hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga and ashtanga vinyasa. This style of yoga is often referred to as 'flow' because it moves from one pose to another in a continuous, smooth way.

Inside Flow

Inside Flow Yoga blends yoga poses with smooth transitions and music for a graceful practice. A subcategory of Inside Yoga, it features Vinyasa flows centered around a specific song. The choreography of poses matches the music's tempo, creating an intense and rhythmic breathing practice.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga, unlike Yang Yoga, features fewer poses held for longer durations. It targets the lower body, from the knees to the navel, and is more meditative and restorative. This practice emphasizes mindfulness, energy flow, and relaxation.

Basic Hatha

Hatha yoga is a practice that connects the mind, body, and breath through breathing techniques, yoga poses, and meditation.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low-impact exercise that uses dynamic stretching and core-focused movements to strengthen and lengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and ease tension.

Wheel Yoga

Yoga with a wheel can involve a variety of poses that use the wheel as a prop to help with backbends. The wheel can be versatile and accessible for different skill levels

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style where movement flows seamlessly with breath. Each pose transitions smoothly into the next, creating a rhythmic and fluid sequence. This practice enhances strength, flexibility, and endurance while promoting mindfulness and mental clarity.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a fast-paced style of yoga where you flow through a set series of poses, all synced up with your breath. It’s a bit of a workout and helps build strength and flexibility as you move through increasingly challenging sequences.
